I practice extensively in Chicago on behalf of persons who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries due to the negligence of others.

I have represented clients with all types of serious injuries. I have fought for children with birth injuries such as Erbs palsy and cerebral palsy. I am particularly interested in investigating cases involving cerebral palsy and my wife, a physician, runs a clinic for adults with cerebral palsy as they are a vastly under-served community. I have represented adults who are quadriplegic or have locked- in syndrome. A client with locked-in syndrome, described as "the closest thing to being buried alive" is one in which the person is aware and awake but cannot move or communicate due to the complete paralysis of nearly all voluntary muscles below the eyes. Burn victims, amputees, and traumatic brain injured patients, all of whom suffered these serious injuries due to the negligence of others, are all ones who I have felt privileged to represent and fight for during my career.
